The workflow

From a breaking story to an approved page on your website.

NewsFeed separates monitoring, drafting, approval, and publishing so the firm stays in control at every consequential step.

The six-stage workflow

Generation is not publication. A draft becomes public only after the firm approves it.

1

Monitor

NewsFeed watches legal reporting and court-related developments relevant to the states and practices you select.

2

Match

Source, freshness, practice relevance, and geography are checked before a story reaches your queue.

3

Draft

The source facts are re-expressed in a neutral explainer with jurisdiction-aware context and no copied reporting.

4

Review

Your authorized reviewer receives the draft by email and portal. They can approve, edit, or decline it.

5

Publish

Approved WordPress content publishes through a restricted application password. Other platforms receive ready-to-paste HTML.

6

Measure

The page stays on your domain, where Search Console, Analytics, and your intake tracking can measure what happens.

Control points

Nothing publishes merely because a model generated it.

  • Source linked on every page
  • Allegations remain attributed
  • Firm approval is transactional, not a scanner-triggered GET
  • Per-article billing occurs only after approval
  • WordPress credentials are revocable
  • Corrections create a new review step

What happens when WordPress is not available?

Framer, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and custom platforms use manual delivery. The approved article is presented as clean HTML and plain text for your team or developer to publish.

WordPress auto-publish

Approved drafts publish through the WordPress REST API using a restricted Application Password. The credential can be revoked without changing the main administrator password.

Ready-to-paste delivery

Non-WordPress firms receive the full approved article, structured markup, image assets, and copying tools. Approval never falsely claims the article is already live.

Workflow questions

Can NewsFeed publish without approval?

No. Client articles remain drafts until an authorized reviewer confirms the transactional approval form.

Can an email scanner approve an article?

No. The email link opens a read-only confirmation page. Publishing and any per-article charge require a separate POST confirmation.

Can my agency review for us?

Yes. Authorized reviewers can be added separately from portal account owners.
